Policies, Returns, and Refunds:

There is 14 day return period from the date of delivery for any product purchased on the Online Store, We will only accept unopened and unused products for return. No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization. Prior to returning your product, please contact info@whyldefoxx.co with a Subject line of “Online Store Product Return”.

For returns after the 14 day period, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product(s) purchase price) up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the day of purchase.

Shipping Details:

We process your orders as swiftly as we possibly can, and give you realistic estimated delivery dates which we do our best to achieve – but you’ll understand we can’t always guarantee delivery dates where it’s out of our control. Orders received after 12:00 noon on Friday will normally be processed on Monday, including EXPRESS DELIVERY orders. In the unlikely event that the product you order is out of stock, we’ll get in contact to ask if you’d rather keep the goods on backorder or get a refund. What types of delivery do we offer? We aim to ensure our customers experience the best service, so in the UK, we use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to deliver your order depending on the location and size of the shipment. If you want express delivery, you’ll normally need to place your order by midday. Express delivery is only available for delivery Monday-Friday (we do not deliver at the weekend or Bank holidays), so orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
